Dean Professor Ganesh Khuntia hoisted the flag and national anthem was sung by students and staffs. He gave a brief speech on drafting of constitution by B R Ambedkar and the history behind the implementation of it on 26 January 1950. He reminded the students to be sincere&nbsp; to build good career to fulfill the objective of their parents. Overall program was managed by&nbsp; Subhranarayan Sarangi and professor Debasmita madam. Students in different groups performed dancing with patriotic songs.
